Pistachio Dolama

Pistachio Dolama is made of 12-layer phyllo. It is rolled into a wrap. Its ingredients include large pistachios in handfuls. As the number of phyllo layers is quite less compared to other Baklava types, its cook time is also shorter than that of other Baklava. It is cooked at 170°C.
